LAA ILAAHA ILLALLAAHU WAHDAHU LAA SYARIIKA LAHU SYAI-IN HAALIKUN ILLA WAJHAHU ALLAHUMMA ANTALLADZII MANANTA ‘ALAYYA BIHAADZIHISYSYAHAADAATI WA MAA SYAHIDTUHAA ILLAA LAKA WA LAA YAQBALUHAA MINNI GHAIRUKA FAJ’ALHAA LII QURBATAN MIN’INDIKA WA HIJAABAN MIN NAARIKA WAGHFIRLI WA LIWALIDAYYA YA WA LIKULLI MU’MININ WA MU’MINATIN BIRAHMATIKA INNAKA ‘ALAA KULLI SYAI-IN QADIR.

It means: There is no God but Allah, the most single and also there is no ally to Him, everything will destroy except Dzat Allah. Ya Allah, thou have given award to me with this eyewitness, and we will not testify of the Syahadat except to You, and nothing that accept Syahadat of me except Thou, hence make the Syahadat getting close to me in Your side and also covering me from Your hell, and forgive me, both of my parent and everybody of mu'min and of mu'minah by getting Your blessing, in fact Thou reign over everything.
